Whiplash claim question

in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
Hi, I am new to this forum and this is my first post :)

I have recently been involved with a car accident, I have been through the process of putting a claim forward with a no win no fee solicitor company.
I have gone through most of the processes but right now I am waiting on the 3rd party insurance to give a counter offer.
They were given 15 working days to respond to our offer and give a counter-offer but those days have just expired today.
What is going to happen next?
Does anybody know how long on average it takes?

    I was unable to go to the physio appointments they booked me because of personal travel problems but it is slowly recovering thanks for asking..

    Your post is in the wrong section of the forum, but are you saying you've put in a whiplash claim but had no medical treatment?

    If you have genuinely suffered financial loss as a result of this accident,then your insurance company will deal with it. But if you're just an "ambulance chaser", hoping for some free cash, then you can expect a tirade of abuse - and rightly so - from the majority of us on here who pay insurance premiums.

    For starters, your reference to a "no win no fee solicitor company" rings alarm bells - these folk are all scum, I'm sorry there's no other word for it. You need to deal with your insurance company, and no-one else.

    More details may help, to start with.

    Most whiplash claims get settled between 6 - 12 months. It can take years though especially when there are more complexities like car credit hire. Good Luck.
