Thumbs up Wonderful Kitchen

[SIZE="6"]I must agree that the majority of posts on this thread are unfair, and from what I have read, total rubbish. I myself bought a kitchen from this company. Its absolutely fantastic and the company and staff have been a pleasure to deal with. I payed £100 deposit, and was told I would pay for my kitchen when it was delivered. I was then informed that if I could inspect all the items delivered before the driver left with my money, and if I was unhappy with any of the delivered items, I wouldn't pay until all was correct. They were true to their word and when one of my units arrived it was the wrong color. The driver didn't take my money, left and returned the very next day with my correct unit. I have had my kitchen over 1 year now and would highly recommend this company to anybody. What other company lets you see and check your whole kitchen, before you pay! I think its wonderful. From reading through the previous comments, a lot of you haven't even bought a kitchen from the company and have gone off refuse. Anyone reading from now on take my advise.... don't lose out on a fantastic deal just because of non-customer reviews. Don't knock it till you've experienced it!

Saving a few grand on a new kitchen ain't something to be sniffed at - I could use all the money I saved to fund a pretty nice holiday for my family. No scratches, no missing hinges, it was all perfect and it looks just lovely.
I got a kitchen from this company before Christmas - money was tight as you can imagine and I desperately needed something for next to nothing that could be installed and looking great within a fortnight. Without fail, they stuck to their word and provided me with a hard to believe quote for 11 complete floor and wall units with a 3m length of their new Sparkley effect laminate worktop. I would have preferred the units to come already assembled but beggers can't be choosers.

I didn't use their recommended fitters as I had a little extra cash from my budget so used a local company. The quality of the carcasses was of high standard, the worktop looks excellent (and was so cheap) and I am super impressed.

Smile Expect what you pay for and don't find yourself disappointed.

Competition in the kitchen world must be fierce these days. That's all I can imagine can be the reason for the comments found on here.

I ordered a kitchen for my father in law last year from these guys and it was a great little bargain. He was planning on buying somewhere cheaper and renting out his house which meant ripping out the kitchen and putting in a new one. I searched the internet for a kitchen supplier that wasn't producing exquisite kitchens to be sold at ridiculous prices because he had a price in mind for me to keep to. Their representative came to the house and discussed all of his options to keep within budget. He was in and out in no more than 45 minutes and John payed the deposit. Me and my pal have put the kitchen in and there were a few handles and hinges missing from the order but we went and picked these up from the warehouse ourselves. I think that if you keep things simple, the outcome isn't as stressful. I wanted to get him a cheap kitchen and new not to expect the world on a plate and we're completely satisfied with the products. The call centre can be a bit busy at certain times of the day but be persistent.

Either rival companies are playing dirty here or the company may have changed it's ways recently.

I think this post is irrelevant - if you read the comments on this thread there are negative feedback comments from unhappy customers with only one post as well as positive, so I don't quite understand the point, but never the less - my son and daughter-in-law have just got a kitchen from this company and they're chuffed to pieces with it. Not only did they save almost £650 from another companies quotation but they have totally revamped the room they use the most in the house. They had a few problems with being on hold when dealing with their telesales advisers but the kitchen itself is great. I feel for the people who have had misfortune with their kitchens, but it seems the company are doing something right recently.

Default Beyond awful

An update on my post at the beginning of January. Our fitters found that they had delivered four doors and several shelves too few and a cheaper oven than we specified. None of the units were drilled for screws and they were made up of a hotchpotch of woods (not all solid and some with a wafer thin veneer peeling off) in clear breach of their website's claim. Because their response to any call is to place one in an endless queue before cutting one off, I decided to buy a new oven and doors elsewhere rather than face their suicidally frustracting so-called 'Customer Services'. I have no doubt that the complimentary postings are fakes, concocted by this disgraceful company. Avoid them like the plague.

Default Interior Home Designs of Rossendale

Yes you can check the content of the packs (if the driver gave you time to do so - 'I've still got 3 more deliveries and 3.30pm and I've got to get back to Manchester blah blah' What you cannot check is the quality of the appliances - our oven lasted 2 weeks before the element blew and the gas hob a little longer. After much correspondence asking for a refund we received no reply (which we are entitled to if the goods are not of merchantable quality) . No surprise there!.

As an aside it does strike me as strange that the positive posts are posted in the early hours of the morning - 5.13am, 5.09am, 4.34am STRANGE

Angry Do not use!!! Avoid do not pay!! Cancel order!!!

I cannot stress enough how rubbish his company is... the owner is known to Trading Standards and the Police!!! He keeps changing company name...

I have had the MASSIVE misfortune of having a kitchen through these people.... well I call it a kitchen... it may be one day when it fully arrives.... We had units missing, broken, damaged doors, dented sink, the designer seemed very nice but the kitchen he drew on his design simply didnt work in practice when it arrived.... the sink unit was the wrong one for the sink so we had to cut a side wall of a unit to fit the bowl!!!!!! The cornice was the wrong colour and damaged.... to be honest the list is endless!!! We had to pay CASH to the driver on delivery..... smell a rat????

Seriously.... go to Ikea, Magnet, Wicks...ANYWHERE but not here.... you will not be happy.

you will also not get through to Customer services..... they may answer and 'put you through'..... which means put you on hold forever!!!

I so wish I had read these reviews before I bought - lesson learnt. Dont end up like me with a cheap cruddy kitchen (even the delivery driver admitted they just buy up old, end of line stock and sell it off - so you may never get all your kitchen as they simply dont have it!)

I have actually made myself ill with the stress I have been under due to this awful company.

Dont get sucked in by the price..... it is not worth it.

Two posts about half an hour apart. Cynics might suspect that you are two shills for the company. Surely no-one would stoop so low.
I also like the fact that they have only made one post each and never anything else on the forum

I found this company on google (Kitchensuber) and sent a request for a designer to come out to a new flat I am purchasing. They called me back (friday gone) and arranged for an appointment this Friday. Yesterday (monday morning) I received a blanket email from Martin Sersen telling me that someone had told him I was looking for a new kitchen and directed me to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am shopping around for the best price so I contacted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in order to arrange a design visit from them (not realising they are the same company). They rang me this morning and after googling the number found the kitchensuber website and this forum (I also realised it was the same number that rang me from kitchensuber). About 10 minutes after the call from !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!s (the customer sales person told me that name this morning) she called again and told me that I appear to have to appointments made confirming that it is the same company.

I am not going to say that their kitchens aren't of a good quality or that their drivers run of without letting you check their items as I don't know but I do know that I am not going to trust a cash based company operating under multiple names that as far as I can tell took the details I gave them on kitchensuber and attempted to redirect me to another of their websites (quite possibly because they realise that kitchensuber has a bad reputation).

Default Beware at all costs! I wish i had taken notice of the bad reviews!

I placed an order with KITCHENSUBER but my invoice is for INTERIOR HOME DESIGNS OF ROSSENDALE. I had to pay cash at the door when the items were delivered and £100 cash in hand to a designer who forgot to include or order the door which covers the extractor, so I had to go out and buy a stainless steel one. He ordered and charged for three end panels when one was needed, two larder end panels when one was needed and three plinths when two were needed. So a complete waste of my money!.
End panels, cornices and plinths were scratched when plastic coverings were removed.
My kitchen arrived via a very nice courier who took great care to see everything was
included and ticked off on my list .
IT WAS WHAT WAS UNSEEN WHICH WAS THE PROBLEM!
The carcasses are without a shadow of a doubt seconds or returns.!!! They were unboxed and bagged together in bubble wrap. When opened the 600mm sink carcass and its connecting 1000mm corner carcass had no markings or holes for cams and cam pins. They were not included anyway! Well why include them if there is nowhere to put them!!
We had to go to B&Q and buy two replacement carcasses because the phone was on a loop and no one bothers to answer the phones.
At least half of the cams and cam pins were missing for the wall units which did have most of the fixing holes in place. No indents or marks for the hinges in the doors. The drawer fronts were small doors with no way of fixing them to the drawers.
The list goes on and on. If I end up with a decent kitchen it will because I have a good fitter who is literally tearing his hair out!

PS :It is impossible for us to open every package. The courier would need to wait around two hours while each and every package is examined, not to mention the extra space needed to do so. The items inside of each package should be, and are expected to be in perfect and useable condition
