Happened to a work mate many years ago. Smashed the window to release the hand break. Told the Police after and explained he's car was inside. Pushed the car a few feet out the way. Told the Police, if the owner has an issue to take him to court.

Not their problem if it isn't parked on the road. Its a civil matter.

No what I would not do is walk 13 miles to work for days because you have not got it in ya to do something.
At the time he worked for Granada Rentals. Not Famous. It was a company car he needed for work. Do grow some.....0 -
