Worked fine with Plusnet. I switched provider in June 2017 so may be different now. I'm now with Sky and 18185 doesn't work, but you can of course still use the 0808 number, albeit at different pricing.

Call charge has gone up again - from 1.5p per min to 1.7p per min. Appears to be effective from 30th March.

Where did you see that? It still says 1.5p on their website.

Was wondering what was going on, made 2 calls 26th March and 1 29th March, couldn't make out how they had charged but using 1.7ppm it does work out.

Their website is still showing 1.5ppm

Still 2ppm using 08081708708 from a mobile re voice message and website.

The above is for 1899 but they all use the same prices, (1899, 18185 and 18866).

Their websites often lag behind reality. :)

I found the call quality to the worst of any service I have used. Also when reporting a problem the company did not want to know so I had to pay for a call which I never heard one word from either side.
