Partial s&s ISA transfer

Hi all

I've been unable to find out if this is possible.

I have paid a small amount into my X-o share ISA. I would like to pay any remaining amount into a fund and no longer trade individual shares.

To use the rest of my ISA allowance, as I can't fund 2 S&s ISAs is it possible to pay cash to my current shares account and then do a cash transfer to another provider?

If not is there any other way or do I only have the option of transferring actual shares across?

The only other way I suppose would be to fund a cash ISA and transfer to a s&s fund but trying to see if I can cut this out and transfer through my s&s ISA.

Thanks

You cannot contribute to more than one S&S ISA in the same tax year. You are welcome to transfer it to a new provider and continue contributing up to the annual limit.

If you don't want to trade shares (very sensible in my opinion) just sell them and transfer the ISA to a new provider. Or transfer the ISA containing the shares in-specie but additional fees will apply.

I believe you can buy ETF funds on X-O.
