    It's eerily quiet round here.

    0.2kg loss = 0.5lbs? Better than nothing!

    STS since last Wednesday.

    + 13 miles of outdoor cycling for the exercise challenge. (Local/further afield shopping and a foraging trip).

    Also, have kept up the indoor weights, indoor cycling and gardening. Appetite loss to some extent or only drawn to specific foods. Calories were slightly less than the previous week.

    All resulting in a 1lb loss this week

    Don't know if upping my water intake is helping, but averaging 2l each day over the last 2 weeks.

    Good luck and hang in there all, this thread is still one of my main motivators.
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:
