MS Office 2010 updates

How do I update Office 2010? Tried updating from document but it comes with -

You should get updates for Office 2010 as part of the normal updates, unless you have only allowed Windows updates.

What version of Windows are you on?

Turn on or opt-in to Microsoft Update in Windows Update. That will then deliver you any Office updates in addition to the Windows updates.

when I go to get updates for Microsoft products (in windows updates), I get this -

I am running Windows 7 Home.

That usually means you've opened the Update site in another web browser like Firefox or Chrome. You can only get to that page in Internet Explorer.

What happens if you go to Start / Run then type in wuapp and hit enter?

err....because all the older versions work, and are more than adequate for the vast majority....why waste money on something you don't need??

I have done this but didn't work, back to chrome.

I have found this - it's the same problem as mine but I use Chrome. Not very good with computers, can anyone help me, so I can get Office 2010 updates?

Gosh, it seems that IE11 bugs blocks Microsoft Update..
