Chin up chuck, could be worse, you could be Nick Clegg .A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0"Do what others won't early in life so you can do what others can't later in life"0

Hello pbr! I couldn't log into MSE for ages as work blocked access (how cruel!). But it has been miraculously restored now so I am back. The first thing I did was check your diary. I'm glad you are still posting and hope to catch up soon. Take care!Mortgage (original/ current):193,000 (23/09/11)/ £102,500 (07/11/2019)

Hi PBR
I have just read through your diary and just wanted to say ...it isn't just you and Mouche reading! I am sure there are one or two of the quieter MSE readers lurking in the background, me included!
I have a diary that seems a little neglected (by me as much as everyone else admittedly) but it's there and it acts like a little angel on my shoulder, reminding me to be good (even when I've been bad!) and to keep on keeping on! It's a long road to mortgage freedom, especially with little ones!
I think your commitment to ebaying/car booting is admirable. I have phases of decluttering but have not been able to bring myself to list anything or commit to a car boot for ages and ages and ages! Years in fact! I hang my head in shame
Anyway, just wanted to wish you well on your journey!
