I need to open a Current Account and need a bank that opens on Saturday.

Many Thanks,

I think most do you need to think of all your local banks and go on there website and see when they are open. The bigger the town you are chances are the more banks will open on Saturdays, we have Barclays that do, but I know where I can find LLoyds that are.
We went for internet banking with cahoot so it is irrelevant when they are open I can bank 24/7!0 -
My local royal bank of scotland bank is open on a Saturday morning.0

I'm with Lloyds TSB and their are two branches near to me. One opens Saturday morning and the other doesn't. Where I used to live i'm pretty sure the branch was open all day.
I think you need to contact the local branch to find out.0 -
My HSBC is open Saturdays and Sundays!
See if you can find one in a Morrisons by you if it helps.

A Bank in a Supermarket! :rolleyes:0 -
Natwest is open in many large towns.
Their website should let you search for your local opening hours. Thanks to all who post comps :A :T0 -
Definately depends on the branch (of any bank, they'll vary depending on location). There's an Abbey near me that's open until 4PM on a Saturday! (and one that doesn't open at all, I think)0

The A&L in Reading appears to be open until about 4pm on a Saturday, and something astonishing like 10-2 on a Sunday. I didn't realise that banks opened on Sundays until the other day when I wandered past this one... (I note that someone above has already mentioned that their HSBC does though!)0
