    Evening everyone xx

hope you lovely lot have had a lovely day x

Went to town with ds today, which was the first time in a year!! Due to my pain, anyway can I ask for some device please x

we popped in hollister today which was a desaster!!

I couldn't gtet round the shop in my wheelchair (I got stuck every way I went)

my son and a random stranger had to move the furniture out of the way just so I could get passed

    then to top it off
they charged me twice (which come to nearly £60) for my ds jacket which I didn't notice because the till are so high up I couldn't see property :(

I did notice before I left the shop went back to say about it and asked them if my money would of striate back in my bank which then I was told it takes 3 to 5 days :( I explained that its just after Xmas and I really haven't got the money in my bank for £60 to come out in one go :( because I really am skint and I told them that the money they took out was my food money and if I go in the red at the bank would they pay the changes due to it being their fault, the manager come over, rang customers service (i think or it was head office not sure) and told me there was nothing they can do :(

by now the shop was packed and I'm in tears, my poor son stood there worried about me cause he knows how bad my pain can get

I said the worst thing is, you could take the money out of your till and I could go straight upstairs and pay it right back in right now!!! But she said she cant do that because I paid with my card I had enough by then so just left because I wasn't getting anywhere

so about 5 min after I left the shop I trid ringing the number she gave me and its not recognised :( I couldn't go back in there again

is there anything I can do about this? Please

Im so so sorry for the long rant xx

:(broke my back doing glitching

Its not the microchip is it CJJ that's where Poppy's is and you can feel it

Thanks tweets. It was put in at scruff of neck so didnt expect it to be in the area of the lump. Convinced myself it feels like a cyst not quite pea size. Is that what Poppy's is like ?

    Tia xx

Sorry you had a horrible time, Lou. x

Could you message your bank and tell them what's happened, then maybe they would forego any charges knowing the refund was due.

The chip in my little Molly moved to her shoulder. Felt like a large grain of rice under her skin

Bless isn't quite the word I was thinking of ! Anyway, car is in for repair- they reckon they can get get a bumper delivered by Monday and we can have the car back on Tuesday afternoon. So the trip to Heathrow will be OK. Luckily they had a courtesy car I could have. Cost is £750 or thereabouts - which is good news for DH as he thought it would be at least £1500.

I have let him out of the doghouse.

You softy.... I would have left OH in the doghouse for a little while, and then let him begin to stick his head out before I reminded him of his 'incident'.........:D:D:D

    Yes, it really is.

When you include things like Students Loan repayments, Auto Enrollment Pensions, Attachment of Earnings and other fines and Court orders, constant surveys from the Office for National Statistics, you actually can't do it yourself, and have to pay specialist companies so adding more overhead to businesses.

Sometimes I wonder why I do it, rather than just get a job working for a big company.

This made me smile My boss says payroll is easy in fact he plans to automate it

I read the other day that under the equaility act a staff member on mat leave is entitled to a proportion of any normal team bonus when she is off on compulsory leave. Well I never knew that before :rotfl:

Poster who wanted to know about salary sacrifice You are prohibited from reducing your mat pay below the basic SMP amount same as you can’t take salary sacrifices which take your earning below the NMW
