Sulphate I don't do OPK's but I do track my cycle on Ovia. I seem to post the same c r a p posts every month when I feel nothing is happening but there is definitely a pattern to my OV symptoms and when AF eventually does arrive. It took me a few months to notice it though. Hopefully it will be a bit quicker for you or you'll have your BFP before then.

From test strips I think I ovulated on day 17 so I'm assuming that means as its day 20 I'm now 3dpo??

Didnt really get much of a chance around the last 4/5 days with OH working so late and me working early so will be interesting to see. Suppose it only takes one.

I've started taking just a basic folic acid with vitamin D Zeni. I went to superdrug to look at the options and got overwhelmed by it all so grabbed the basic superdrugs own.
I got enough for 2 months, after that I'll probably take vitabiotics pre conception as quite a few people have recommended them to me now.
