Completed the Intercasino offer in a Maximiles News email (Deposit and Bet £10 and get £50 equivalent of Maximiles points), waited 90 days and no Maximiles points. Queried and told proof that I completed the offer required, told to email Intercasino to request this. Did that, forwarded onto Maximiles but they say now that they have to look into it.

Queried with Intercasino, they say my comments have been passed onto the relevant department. Update from Maximiles just said they are still looking into it. Waited another week and still no Maximiles points.

Emailed Marc Bidou, Maximiles CEO, twice, but no reply. Emailed Guy Keeling Maximiles UK Managing Director, automated reply saying that he is on holiday.

I don't know what you guys have done differently but I've completed this offer to a 't' and looking doubtful that I will receive my Maximiles points. Is there anything else I can do?

Seems Maximiles are blaming Intercasino but I've provided the proof I completed the offer so I don't see what is taking so long - should have tracked and paid out in the first instance.

Cashback, moneyback and points schemes such as Maximiles, Quidco, Topcashback, Pigsback, etc., are all a bit flaky. Sometimes the tracking just doesn't work. And as for these companies chasing missing payments, like yours, well, I guess that it hardly figures very high in their list of priorities to hand money out. I suppose that it is expensive in time to track individual cases.

In this case, though, it does seem that Maximiles is being difficult. I wouldn't give up yet. Keep pestering.

Only thing I could see which reason it might be taking longer is that it was clicked through the email. I always used the maximiles website, even when I see offer's in emails.

Also, everytime I complete a offer now I take screenshots of the points I have and the faq showing how to accumulate points, and also take screenshots of bet history if it is available. I have never had points not payout. After the 90days

Yeah I do understand that, normally I don't keep track of Maximiles stuff but because of the value of points I did keep a tab on it.. I've had a few untracked transactions with TopCashback but they've always been resolved and reasonably promptly.

Had an update to my query from Maximiles yesterday, "hopefully" it will be resolved next week, apparently. They say they are still waiting for a reply from Intercasino.. lol

Thanks for the tips anthonyt, all looks like sound advice. This was the first casino offer I'd taken up with Maximiles so I didn't really know about any of that until I'd waited over 90 days then did a search on google and brought up this thread.

Well fingers crossed.. I'm guessing next week I'll get another email saying the week after.. and so on.. lol..

They didn't have a top up if 100+ sign up did they? be pretty sweet if they did, the only casino I lost all my money at, £22 :( didn't realise could of played on blackjack, so did poker. Oh well still at around £30 for £350 points worth, with still £200 to come, not shabby.
