Stick it on a leash? Alternatively net the raised bed vertically (ie put in some canes and lash the netting to it.
Stops my cats and the foxes.

Train the dog to not do it? Or if that's not going to work (why not??) fence off the bed.

I too have a dog that trashes my veg beds and flowers at every opportunity no matter how much training I give him!
The best thing I have found is to put canes in the ground (about 3 ft high) and weave some string through them at gaps of about 4 inches, this has stopped him eating/digging/scratching up the plants when I can't have my eyes on him every second.

Keep the dog away from the bed.

to keep my dog of my veggie patch i have built a little 2 ft fence around it... recycled wood and wire mesh works well..
God helps make my veggie patch grow. He provides everything I need.. It only fails if I do NOT do as He has told me!!

I'm on my second dog who thinks they are head of the Digging to Australia project Only barriers worked, but these don't have to be like Fort Knox, just an obvious but flimsy construction will be fine. If it's any consolation dog the first gave up once she got past 1 year old - dog the second is just 10 months old so I've got my fingers crossed.
