I think many are brainwashed.
The 18.99 bag lasts my 21kg labxspringer about 35 days fed at the correct amounts.
And 13kg of Orijen, fed at their guideline amount for ~20kg, would last just over 80 days.
OK, still makes Orijen more expensive when it's not on offer, but not the same as comparing £19 - Skinners would work out £43.50 for the same period of time (and Orijen is a better quality food - better quality means higher cost, so for a couple of pounds extra, gettingready is getting a good deal for a much better food)0 -
Ash_McCloud wrote: »Any coincidence that you only considered the '!!!!!!' rude after your reasoning that 'feeding a better food is no more expensive' had been disproved?
Actually it's not ....... by the time you take off the Zoo+ discount and cashback the bag of Orijen comes in at £43.14
Even if it was a few £s more - the quality is of absolutely no comparison to Skinners (there is nothing wrong with Skinners but it's not in the same league ingredient wise as Orijen)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250

No wonder new people don't post a lot with attitudes like this.0

Thanks for posting!
Doesn't affect me as I have tons of dog food atm but hope it helps others
Great food but understand how others see it is pricey compared to similar types (I'm talking grain free equivalents).0 -

No idea what this is about?
Who's attitude? Where?
New people post all the time - in threads that are relevant to them, all over the forums.
I found a MASSIVE saving for people who use THIS products for their dogs and posted so others can save too - this is very MSE.
Absolutely no need for "!!!!!!" comments from anyone - new or old.0 -
well I hope you stocked up well at that price GR.
If you are still free in day times we must meet up, maybe take Zara for a walk somewhere nice like Connaught waters?0 -
