No, but it's probably positive if your ID checks out.0

I received my id back with the letter do you think that's a positive sign thanks!0
-
No. They would return it either way.0
-
They could hardly have kept it.0

No I mean they returned it and said they are now processing my application and will hear from them within 7 to 10 days when I did the quick check before applying online it said I am guaranteed to get an card do you think I will be accepted thanks0

Nothing is guaranteed.
Patiently wait for their timescale to pass and their response to arrive.
You seem very keen for answers now, if you are equally keen to get the card for Christmas or some other quick turnaround you may find you are disappointed.
If accepted, you will received the letter, then the card will be sent out and finally the pin separately so don't make plans for it being up and running in an unrealistic time frame. Just be better than you were yesterday.0 -
Ok thankyou0

i'd be more concerned that they had to verify your ID, that doesn't bode well in this day and age.
they should be able to verify your id instantly electronically0 -
I think it's because I'm currently it on the electoral roll0
