Would a member be able to describe the procedure for using my Translink 65+ Smartpass on Irish Rail, to travel Dublin Heuston to Limerick. I believe it is necessary to fill-in a form at the ticket office. Is it possible to buy a return ticket? Thank you.

Chatting to a friend today, she travelled to Limerick with her over 65 pass.
You must book all tickets and travel in Belfast otherwise you will have to pay the fare.
She went to a Elvis thing last weekend. Got train to Dublin then swapped to coach for the rest of the way. Now, she wanted to stop in Dublin for a few hours and catch up with a friend. So bought a ticket from Dublin to Limerick herself. Otherwise it would have been straight on to Limerick with no break in between. So had already booked to come back via Belfast.0
