    Morning peeps. Another bright one here. blue sky and sunshine. just about to stick on one of the t-shirts . Will put it in wash later. Hope everyone is well. My leg is giving me gyp but will sort it out later.

    It's a bit like this here smileys-sunbathing-064675.gif and the sun is having a battle

    Thanks everyone. I really have been resting up. Midday I managed to bang bruised knee on table leg. So then decided to rest on top of bed. Didn't manage to sleep but rested. My sinuses and chest feel better too.

    Just found a WEM to say I've won one of the 2000 meals from Bella Italia unfortunately it's this Monday. I don't know what to do. Sinuses could be better by then. The Comp said they would let people know on Thursday so presume someone has dropped put. If sinuses are better I could hobble there.
