    Cauliflower cheese.
    Home made burgers.
    Fish cakes.

    Mmmm fish cakes.

    We always used to either make pizzas at school or things like corned beef & potato pie.
    Most things in life are beyond our control,
    for everything else there is a spreadsheet
    ;)

    How about ; home made houmus & crudites , vegetable soup/lentil soup ,rice/pasta salads ,fishcakes,falafel , beanburgers , mini quiches .
    Could always follow with meringue nests & fruit salad !

    Forgot to say , it's lovely to hear that he is learning such a useful life skill rather than just learning about the theory behind food production !
    Did anyone see "Never Did Me Any Harm" last night on Channel 4 ? I think the Mum was right to worry about how her children would cope when they left home ...
