This thread is fantastic I have SO many new ideas now thanks everyone!
I use these cello bags from littlewoods http://www.littlewoods.com/cello-bags---clear/694454662.prd?browseToken=%2fb%2f4934%2fq%2fcello&trail=4934&prdToken=/p/prod4803438-sku7326477 they are fab value at only £1.95 for 30 and free delivery too it's just a shame they don't do them in different sizes0 -
I ordered a mixed bag of cellophane bags last week from ebay and they arrived today. They cost £6.75 for 100 (25 of 4 different sizes) which is around 14p per bag. I think is fairly good value considering the contents will cost about 40p per person.
Hope this helps someone - Am I allowed to share the name of the seller on the forums??0 -
I buy my cello bags from an ebay seller called enid.collection she posts quickly and it's free delivery i buy c6 and buy 250 or so at a time as i use them for my calendars , pegs, t bag cards etc but she does do smaller quantities.
Sorry it's not a proper link but ebay wouldn't let me sign of my account and much as i love you all i didn't think my oh would be happy to pay for all your purchases he rolls eyes enough at mine.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

The seller I ordered from was nickschicks.
Bitsy beans- Where you normally type in your search on ebay, there is an option to click 'advanced' click on that and scroll down until you see the heading 'Sellers'. You can type the sellers name into there.0 -

Booker website is down at the moment. I've just bought some from asda in the kids sweets section 3 for £1 210g in total so a bit dearer than poundland but I thought at least it would help me guage how much I needed. It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission0 -
Not much done today........two radiators packed up (thankfully they're upstairs so down here is cosy) Can't get hold of the plumber so had to leave a message and hope he hasn't gone on holiday.
Have you tried bleeding them? It's actually very easy to do so long as the radiator bit you bleed hasn't been painted shut lol
