    Morning all, 6/21 for me today please. I've got a party to go to tomorrow night and then am going for drinks with a friend the day after, so the next two days are unlikely to be AFDs for me unless I don't stay at the party very long for some reason, but think I've gone straight through without a break from when I got back from my holiday, which is a month now, so I'm happy with that.

    Won't be drinking tonight so 3/15 for tonight please.

    At the start of each week i contemplate a repeat of January and giving up the booze for a few weeks, then by Friday I really fancy a drink! Good intentions and all that....

    At least if I can keep it to Mon-Thur AF I will be happy-ish. We do have a few birthdays coming up in the family and easter, so I don't think March is good month to try extending my AF days but maybe April I will give it a go. If I can make or exceed target this month I will be happy (I really want the "exceeded target" emoji this month, love t!)
    What goes around comes around.....I hope!
