    I need more money!

    Seek and ye shall find.

Had a pay rise, not a life changer, but an extra £400 a month, which will help.

Slightly annoyed though as my old boss had been promising to sort this for the last two years, my new boss has sorted it out in 2 months.

Taking my son today for his first trip to the bank today, pay some money into his account, he's really excited. Mostly about the bag of 1ps that he's collected.

Well done New Boss - did you ask for it backdated :rotfl: :rotfl:£400 a month - well that would certainly be a life changer for me :o Much better than the £300 I got last year, but don't get too excited - that was £300 a year

Have you entered a £400 mortgage overpayment into the calculator to see how many years that would knock off your mortagage ??

Now tell me, that's not a life changer :j ;)

Not posted for a while, but the big news is the mortgage has gone below 60% LTV, pretty significant milestone as we can now get the best deals!! :j

    £209,753.92 59.93%LTV

I did say we wouldn't do any work on the house until we'd hit that milestone, but Mrs QBW had other ideas. :D

Excellent news :j, Well done :T BUT

You know what I'm going to say ;)

"You might have paid off that £3.92 or £53.92 before posting your mortgage figure :D"

It would look so much better :rotfl: No robbing your son's pennies though :naughty:

Question - out of curiosity - would you still be under the 60% if you hadn't been rounding down ?
