Please can I urge all leaseholders with New Build Houses and Flats built since 2005 to complete the following leasehold survey in the link below :

LKP/Leasehold and Commonhold APPG survey on new build Houses and Flats built since 2005

This survey is to help gather information about new build leasehold houses and flats completed in the last 12 years. The survey is sent on behalf of the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership (Registered Charity no 1162584) (LKP), the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Leasehold and Commonhold reform, and the Facebook group the "National Leasehold Campaign".

We confirm your email address will remain confidential to the LKP charity and will not be passed on to third parties or used for other purposes by LKP. At the end of the survey period your details will be deleted unless you specifically select to be kept on a list for further surveys or choose to add yourself to our mailing list. An anonymized summary of the information produced will be published to help inform the groups who have created this survey, the Government and the wider public. the results will appear on the LKP web site.
The survey closes on 12th September.

Are you a leaseholder / commonholder pls complete this survey to provide info for the All Party Parliamentary Group https://t.co/jBtZuHldnX

Please complete this survey if it applies to you. It is crucial for us leaseholders that as much information

Thank You
