My switch completion is 27th Oct, but I only have 1 DD showing on my old account so far. Is it still ok to try to set up another DD before the 27th, or would this not count?

I think it's OK. At the end of the day, you have nothing to lose, but have something to gain.
The DD I set up for a charity has not come out or my account (was due 19th). So it looks like something went wrong with that.

So I now have 1 SO and 1 DD showing on my M&S as set up. Is there any other DD's I could set up very quickly?

I got a text from Co-op this morning thanking me for switching which completes on 27th.

Just relax. [STRIKE]I[/STRIKE] You have the letters saying 'DDs or SOs'.

Ok thanks grumbler, I take it they will honour one being an SO as it says in the letters they've been sending out.

Just to update, I opened a Tesco e-saver account yesterday and set up a direct debit to transfer money in, and the DD is showing on my M&S account already!

Hi I've opened a co op account and want to do,the switch to them with a little used current account. I read about £800 going in within 31 days but is it just this one £800 or one every month pls ? If it's one every month will the same one be enough going back and too.

With regards to the dd s do they need to be set up from this little used account to the co op first or from any bank account.Thank s

Setting DDs after switching can't change anything. My switchover was on the 29th, and "Switching your account..." letter from the 15th clearly said "two DDs or SOs". How can they not honour this?

My switch over date was the same as yours Grumbler. Let us know how you get on with your incentive - nothing for me yet, but the T & C do say 45 days!

I don't like Co-ops internet banking, it's as if a child has created it.

Is it advisable to chase Co-op for the £100?

Mine completed 27th Oct (deposit done), nothing in the account yet.
