My last voucher ran out on 17/10. I emailed MyJohnLewis and was surprised to receive a phone call from them stating I would receive something in two weeks time.

There is a department guide here: http://www.johnlewis.com/our-shops/poole/john-lewis-poole-facilities and there is a cafe on the first floor. :)

This is the one I use and its opposite Homebase. It gets very busy in there though with all us moneysaving girls(and guys!) I have just used my last one so hope I will be getting some more, although I could do with not eating cake in the build up to Christmas!

the john lewis Christmas cake in the cafe is second to none juicy, fruity and tasty - if I don't get a free voucher I might even have to buy one!! lol!

My mum and dad have never brought anything and got vouchers till December.

My wife and I have brought stuff and got a voucher till October.

By that, they seem to be sending them out to people who don't buy anything to bring them in. Ironically on the voucher is says it's to reward their loyal customers.

Or there could be no pattern to it at all.

Interesting, did your parents use their previous vouchers or not?

They've had a tracking code on them for a little while now so JL have the capability to see which ones have been redeemed

They've had the code (= JL card number) since the beginning.
