thinking of getting a valuation and it says no fee if you proceed, but no details of cost if i dont?

    They've given you a landline, mobile and e-mail on the contact page of their website. Why not ask them?

    However, key to the process is the statement on their How it Works page -

    "As all our buyers are buying for investment purposes they do not have to rely on selling a property before buying yours so this means they can complete quickly"

    So they only promote to their own set of investors, none of whom, I'd suggest, will be likely to pay anywhere near market value....

    In general terms, what type of property are you looking to sell, and where?

    Flat/house/other?

    City/Rural/Highlands/Borders/Central Belt?
