Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK, CI, IOM and ROI residents only aged 16+ , excluding employees and their immediate families of Lucozade Ribena Suntory, their subsidiaries or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Promotion commences at 10:00am on 02.01.15 and closes at 8:00pm on 30.06.15 (Promotional Period). All entries must be received by the closing date. Entries received after this date will be entered into a wrap up draw which will close at 11.59pm on 31st July 2015.
3. Promotion open for entry between 10am and 8pm every day during the promotional period
4. Purchase required.
5. To enter, visit: www.lucozadeenergy.com and register your details. Enter the individual code obtained from specially marked YES Project packs of Lucozade Energy. All promotional packs are subject to availability.


a. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion.
b. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is circumventing entries by, for example, the use of multiple accounts or identities, all such entries and any associated entries will be disqualified for the duration of the promotion.
c. Entrants will be advised instantly upon entry whether they have won a prize or not.
d. The Promoter is unable to alter existing entries in the event of an email address or mobile telephone becoming inaccessible during this promotion.


6. No Purchase Necessary (Northern Ireland only). For the same chance of winning with no purchase, send your name and address on a stamped postcard to: Lucozade Energy YES Project, HeyHuman, 40 Vanston Place, London SW6 1AX, UK to be received by 30.06.15. Only one entry per stamped postcard. Only winners will be notified by post within 14 days from the closing date.
7. Unlimited daily entries. One entry can be made per individually coded pack.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received or delayed for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control. Proof of email or other message being sent is not proof of receipt of entry.
9. There are 1810 prizes available during the promotional period. The prizes are divided in to 4 pools:

iv) Lucozade Energy YES Project GoodiesThere are 1,695 of these prizes to be won in this classification over the course of the Promotional Period:


a. Each winner will receive a Lucozade Energy YES Project Goodie via post.

b. Each prize consists of a piece of Lucozade Energy branded merchandise that will be selected at random from a prize pool of merchandise that includes hoodies, rucksacks, holdalls, tshirts, festival kits, snapbacks, wellie toppers and bandanas.

c. Entrants who win a hoodie or a tshirt will be given their choice in size between M/L/XL, subject to availability.



10. The prize packages must be taken in its entirety, and cannot be split, substituted or transferred in any way.
11. No cash or alternative will be offered for the prize in whole or part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with the same or greater value.
12. Prize winners will be selected at random via ‘winning moments’ under independent supervision from all validly received entries. Prizes have been pre-allocated and linked to ‘winning moments’, which have been randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer system.
13. The first entry received after a randomly predetermined winning moment will win the prize. If there is no entry made between one randomly predetermined winning moment and the next randomly predetermined winning moment, the prize will be re-allocated to the next randomly predetermined winning moment, and so on, until all prizes have been awarded. The decision of the Promoter in all promotional matters is final and binding.
14. The prize winners will be notified instantly on https://www.lucozadeenergy.com and by follow-up email within 48 hours. Prize winners will also be contacted within 2 working days by telephone (by the Promoter) to arrange the details of their prize.
15. Wrap up draw: Entries received between 1st July – 31st July 2015 will be entered into this draw to win a Sony Xperia Z3 handset. The winner will be selected at random within 21 working days and notified by email and a follow up telephone call.
16. In order to claim their prize, winners must respond within 28 days of their follow up phone call in order to provide the preferred postal address where they would like their prize to be sent. If the prize has not been chosen or claimed within this timeframe then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and re-draw a new winner for that prize.
17. All Lucozade prize winners will receive their prize no later than 28 working days after providing their postal address.
18. Keep your packaging containing your unique code, it may be required to claim your prize.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, death or other circumstances affecting the enjoyment of participants as a result of or connected to taking part in this promotion or winning a prize. The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any contractual obligations of third parties, such as hotels or transport companies.
20. Prize winners will be required to participate in publicity associated with this promotion without payment, and in entering give permission for this use.
21. Your name and county may feature on the promotional website during the course of the promotion and also on request from the promoters agency. At all times this information will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. You are entitled to withdraw your consent by contacting us on 0800 096 3666 (UK) or +353 1850 508 509 (ROI). 22. All entry instructions form part of these rules.
23. Republic of Ireland: promotion operates under a licence granted by Naas District Courts to Jack and Jill’s Children Foundation, Johnstown Manor, Johnstown, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. For every promotional bottle of Lucozade Energy sold, Lucozade Ribena Suntory will make a donation to the aforementioned Foundation which will be used towards a variety of nationwide care and respite services for children suffering neurological development issues, and their families.
24. The names and counties of the winners will be available until 31.10.15 by writing to Lucozade Energy Yes Project, HeyHuman, 40 Vanston Place, London SW6 1AX, UK, enclosing your name and address.
25. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
27. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
