Trying to keep car

Hi All,
Just trying to find out where I stand with regards to ownership of our car.
Getting ready to go BR and trying to keep the car as my wife did pay for it and its just me going BR.
She paid for the car in 2009 and has full proof within her bank statements.
The log book is also in my name but I understand this is not proof of ownership.
However with shock, we have realised that the receipt/invoice is in my name, cant remember why, but just wondering how the OR will respond?

If your wife can definitely show, from statements, the purchase money came entirely from her account, then you might have a good argument for it not being your asset.
