Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Woke up with a muzzy head. I'd only had a couple last night so I think my body is telling me to step up the AF days. Maybe I was used to feeling a bit pants most mornings and had forgotten how naff it is.
Sooo....1/24 for May.0 -
Hi Shaggy - sadly the diary says just 17 for me for April please. Can I do a maman and go for a sensible 15 for May. Have a holiday this month, will see if that makes a difference. So jealous you have a new to you dog HB. Sadly ours must be an only dog being a mad rescue lurcher with dog issues so we have to work hard to keep everything calm too. Hope NTY dog settles nicelyI have borrowed from my future self

Don't be too jealous, Dansmam, I'd have had a cat if Devil Cat would stop trying to kill them! Seriously, he was murderous towards the two cats we had when I took him in as a stray in pretty terrible shape, and after they died of old age-related illnesses I knew we couldn't have another with him, so that's when I started with dogs. None of them have lasted very long because I like older dogs, but I think this one has a bit more life in him; I certainly hope so.
1/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
Managed a grand total of 14/21 for April. Must do better in May! Decided on a target of 24 and I clocked up first afd yesterday, so 1/24 for May and counting!0

I'm amazed at that too. I think it's all part of tolerance dropping as you clock up AF days. I can't believe I used to drink every night (a bottle+) and still function properly at work (well I think I did;)).0 -

I used to drink every night too but now it's every other night. I wish my tolerance would drop.
I need to aim for more "2 in a row" AF days in May
1 for me please Shaggy0 -
