Adult pornography is used by !!!!!philes to groom children into believing that what’s being done to them is natural and normal
Ridiculous comment that just sounds like someone clutching at straws to make an invalid point.0 -

I don’t have time to deal with all the arguments on here – or indeed to read them all – but I’ll go with a few and maybe they’ll cover all the bases.
Firstly the stupid comment about animals being made of meat. So are humans, so you gonna eat grandma when she dies? Or your dog? Or your cat?
I might have read your anti-pornography screed if you hadn't revealed yourself as a militant lentil-weaving vegetarian.
Fight one battle at a time I suggest.
Once you've converted the 97% of the population that eats meat, you can perhaps move on to the !!!!!!.0 -

Translation: You don't want to read anything which conflicts with your bigoted and one-sided view which is clearly that "all pornography is wrong" and your ridiculous arguments such as "adult !!!!!! is used by !!!!!philes to groom children" as if that is the *only* purpose for which it is used (and I think you might find that most adults who try to groom children tend to use pictures of other children because "they're doing it, so you can do it too").
The freedom of speech argument is always brought forward about these things, but why should someone’s freedom of speech infringe on another person’s freedom from harm?
How do you protect one person's freedom by taking away another person's freedoms? We already have laws to protect people from acts of violence etc, taking away someone's right to decide for themselves what they do with their own body won't change that.
What kind of freedom of choice does a 13 year old get about being in these movies?
Women in the sex industries (rape industries more like) say that they’re happy and willing participants – what else can they say? To say otherwise is to invite more beatings and rape from the men who control them.
You might like to know that there is a group called the International Union of Sex Workers http://www.iusw.org/ (who are now affiliated to the GMB Union in the UK) who have established themselves to allow *independent* women who work in the sex industry to speak out against the sort of nonsense you're spouting and to tell governments that they *DON'T WANT* laws passed under the guise of "protecting" them which actually make them *more* vulnerable!
Consider, for instance, in England, prostitution is legal, but if two or more women work in one house (for their own protection) that is classed as "Running a Brothel" and they can be arrested. If they want to hire a Security Guard, he would automatically be classed as a Pimp and charged with "Living Off Immoral Earnings"
How does this sort of thing protect women? Answer: It doesn't, it only *forces* them into the hands of criminals!Pornography is gradually being recognised (along with other forms of prostitution) as an act of violence against women.
No, that is just something which has been claimed since the days of the Dworkinite Feminists of the 1970s, yet if that were the case, *why* is there so much pornography available FOR FREE on the internet? Are you honestly trying to claim that *every* woman who has posted pictures of herself on the web is a "victim of violence"? I can introduce you to quite a few women who will tell you that that is total balderdash!
(BTW why aren't you making such a big fuss about men? Don't they need your protection too? Or is it just the weak and helpless women?)
One final point - pornography and sex are two seperate and distinct things.
I’m gonna give some more links for people to check out for themselves if they want to find out the truth, and then I’m leaving the discussion.
Deary, deary me.
if i had known then what i know now0
