Hi,
I received a letter from Capquest chasing an old debt from 8 - 10 years ago. Should I send them Statute barred letter or just ignore it?
Thanks

As long as you haven't had any contact or paid them within the last 6 years, I'd just send them a copy of the statute barred letter.
