I just looked and they only have one pair of men's, one pair of women's and three pairs of children's trainers marked at £5 but they are all out of stock so no way to see if the price would change when a size is selected.
Regardless of what they were and are advertised as you were given a total of £10 at checkout and agreed to pay that. The time to query it was before accepting £10 as the charge and completing the purchase it is too late now.0 -
These are the only men's at £5 https://www.jdsports.co.uk/product/black-fila-speedway/035417/
And these are the only women's https://www.jdsports.co.uk/product/grey-fila-speedway-womens/035394/0 -

Yes, there's a glitch
Added them to my basket and that shoes the trainers at £5, a free JD Sports bag and then a subtotal of £10. Its quite clear before you even go to the payment page, though I do realise you ordered on the mobile app.
Edit: installed mobile app and the basket total clearly shows £10 total price. It might be an error but you accepted it.0 -
The women's ones are the ones I ordered
Here is a pic:
It shows the item price as £5.00 (reduced from £40.00),
a sub-total price of £10.00, and a delivery charge of £3.99.
OP, I agree with the others. By clicking on 'checkout securely' you are accepting the higher price.0 -
Although now seeing the glitch it would be worth sending them an email with a screenshot attached, they might honour the £5 and refund you the other £5. If they say no though there's not much you can do as you were fully aware of the total before committing to the sale.0
