Just joined the £365 challenge in 365 days so stuck £62 in it, this will go towards my car insurance which is due in November feeling very positive towards 2011 regarding my finances

thank you bikerfrenzy..........so when is your debt free target????? MInes is the end of 2012 but I am aiming for it to be quicker than that x

I want my Credit Card paid off (£1700) by April but I will need to borrow some more off my sister to do that taking my debt to her up to £2000 so I'm aiming to pay that back by November. I don't think it will happen any faster because I know once the spring comes I will want to go places on my motorbike. I have three boys 10 7 and 3 so it's always a balance between paying my debts and still being able to give them a life. x

I know what you mean.........I've got two my DD who is 8 and my DS who is 4 so it is finding that balance but my DD is very good at finding bargains lol

My target is to get my credit card down to under £2000 in April so hoepfully I can do it lol fingers crossed x

quite chuffed with myself i've made £2.55 on pureprofile, haven't used it in ages but it's something better than nothing :j, will build this account up as well as my lightspeed one and put it towards my debt.

i'm feeling really guilty because i haven't paid anything towards my debt yet i know it's only the 7th but still.......the reason being is i don't get paid til the 10th and i don't know what my wages are yet so can't calculate it until i know what they are if that makes sense x

but as soon as i get paid on Monday I will be debt busting i promise, if my wages are good i'll be ploghing another £250 into it....if not it'll be £200 but we'll see how we go x x x x

Thanks Abba1772, unfortunately I also have another that has £8k on a Barclaycard as well which is going to get sorted as soon as we've cleared the HSBC but its all going in the right direction which is all that matters xx

today wasn't a debt busting day spent £30 taking the kids bowling , my DD whipped my bum on the first game (she's 8) and i won the second game also got a burger so wasn't too bad then popped into bhs and got my DD picture frames for her sequin art 4 frames at £15 each reduced to £4 each so got them for £16 quite chuffed and the look amazing in glossy pink lol

payday on monday then couch payment comes out on Wednesday so will start to see some money going towards debts then x

well today a lovely lady contacted me regarding belts i had on preloved so got £30 so that £30 is going towards The Sun Holidays I collecting tokens for so i don't need to find the money for that which i'm quite chuffed with, now whatever money is in my sealed tin is going towards bus fares and spending money....kids are getting excited we've never had a holiday due to ex-hubbys work but now we can organised something, thinking of going to scarbourough during the summer as well as visiting friends in elgin and we'll go to blackpool in september. so excited x
