Completely blew the healthy eating yesterday...

B - missed
L - 2 jacket potatoes with garlic & herb Philli
T - HM naan pizza (topped with tuna, sweetcorn and a little bit of cheese), 5 onion rings

S - one orange, 1 big bar of almond choc from Aldi, 100g salted peanuts, 4 large whiskeys with diet lemonade

On the plus side I walked the 2 miles to the shops and then spent an hour in the garden pulling weeds

Today probably wont be much better as I'm about to go toast a hot cross bun and then taking mum out for pub lunch later, however, I dont have any more chocolate in the house and tea will probably be something on toast.

Welcome to all the newbies, and well done on the losses and STS.

I'm pleased to report another 1lb lost this week! For the past couple of weeks I've resisted the urge to weigh every day, so it's a surprise on my official weigh-in day, rather than seeing the weight fluctuate throughout the week.

I had my first hot cross bun of the year yesterday (usually we have got through at least 2-3 packs by now), will have another one later today to finish the pack. OH and I have only bought each other one egg this year (although he also brought home one that he was given at work, which we will share), and my dad isn't going out much lately so he hasn't bought us any. Will get one off DS tomorrow, and MIL may have got us some choc but probably not much, as she is very supportive of our weight loss. Mind you we are going to lunch at MIL's tomorrow, which will mean a nice roast with gateau, trifle or cheesecake with cream for dessert, and SIL may bring a cake so will have to allow myself a cheat day tomorrow!

I've finally decided that I need to put my size 14 jeans in the charity bag, as I have to keep pulling them up every time I wear them, lol! The reason I've kept wearing them is because I only have 1 pair of size 12s and they can only be worn with heels, so when I go shopping or for a walk I have to wear the bigger ones with my trainers. Today I popped into a local charity shop, which sells all items of clothing for £1 each, and bought 3 pairs of jeans which will do me for now, so I now have 2 pairs to wear with heels and 2 pairs to wear with trainers. When I get to my ultimate goal, I am looking forward to buying some nice new clothes, but I don't want to spend too much until I get there. I also had a sort out of my wardrobe the other day and found some size 16 tops and trousers that have also gone into the CS bag.

Thanks everyone, I'll delete pics in the morning, feels very scary posting pics x

I've been using MFP muddles, I have 1400 calories at the moment, mfp gives me 1200 as I'm a shortie, but I'm too hungry on that so I've upped it. I'm vegetarian and try to make sure I hit my protein and fibre goals as I find I'm not hungry then, I weigh and log everything. I avoid foods that aren't going to fill me up like crisps etc, I'd rather have a hot cross bun or cake, which I eat most days. No special diets I eat what I fancy, just less.

Exercise I walk everyday as I can easily fit that in as I don't drive and I jog on the spot in front of the tv every night for 20 mins and I try and keep busy pottering around the house really that's been it

Zippy you're a shining example of what we all should be doing. I'm certainly guilty of eating poorly at times and not making sensible choices.
The photo's are stunning, I'm not surprised you weren't recognised.
Again many congratulations on such a wonderful achievement
