Hi gang
I've got a £3 survey in my inbox so that will do nicely
The WM is on 30 deg and I'll put that on the airer when it's done. :A
Watching something on net flix just now. Great value entertainment
OH is working job#2 tonight - just a few quid but every little helps as they say.
Later I'll be reading a free kindle book - use this link https://goo.gl/LBFXHR
Hopefully an early night here!

Wow productive day for all so far!
Managed to do most on my list and the budget is finalised plus a day trip organised for half term next week - we are going to the zoo, zoo, zoo! How about you, you, you? Its off peak still so although costs still its not as spendy as it could be and I have resisted all invites of pints in order to justify it
Surveys been off radar today so will take a look now and see if any around.
Have a fab evening!Happiness is wanting what you have...

Hi all
- NSD today
- took cheap porridge pot to work because I'm still suffering from jet lag and didn't have chance before I needed to take DD to school and me to work.
- lunch provided by work
- check bank accounts today- getting frustrated as waiting for expenses to come in
- sold 2 eBay items that day. Like buses. Will wrap in recycled envelopes / paper.
- FPL and comps on Facebook
That's all for me, LP xCompetition wins £13,987.090 -
Right things seem have to lost focus in the last few days, it is amazing how you loose the money focus.
- Cupboards and fridge full after a big shop so no need to buy extras this week and stocked up on store cupboard bits as I have a coupon for £9 off.
- Used Coupon code from MSE to buy shoes in the sale but still gone on the CC which I am trying to pay off, so made another payment against it.
- Eaten out for two lunches but seen friends which is nice both have been at golden arches which isn't great but the only choices at the venues.
- Tomorrow I will take lunch to work and have a NSD and the same until Friday.
- Friday planning low spend day meeting up with Mummy friends and take the kids for a play date.
- Make sure I pay a chunk into savings when tax credits arrive later in the week.0 -
If you get tax credits you might be entitled to help with health costs.
Ooh, thanks, Ally, I will look into that, I have lost a couple of fillings and today bought some temporary stuff to patch them up until I can afford it.
Lotte, is Golden Arches McDs? If so pick up a Metro on Thursday as they usually have their coupons in it on that day. Usually £1.99 for a bun and fries.Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)

Hi all
FVDstolen cheese made me laugh too.
Had to go to the big city so made a trip to Primark, lovely pair of shoes for DS reduced to £7 and a pair of exercise leggings for me with big flowers on - think 1970s curtains - for £3. DS said "you do know some things are in the sale for a reason dont you Mum" but they made me smile, wore them to my gym class tonight.
Took a packed lunch with me for my trip out, starting to hate bought sandwiches anyway. I was desperate for the loo and there was only MacDs so I bought the cheapest takeaway coffee they had.
Off to put some more washing over the airer before bed. A days holiday tomorrow but I have to take Dad to hospital so not exactly a pleasant day. Never mind, at least I dont have to get up and go to work and this means Dad gets nearer to having the op he needs.0 -
Well I've done a few things today which I'm happy about.
1) I've managed to speak with SKY and reduce the monthly outgoings from £55 to £33pm for basically the same package
2) I've got a £52 refund from a computer gaming company for an automatic renewal I'd forgotten to stop
3) I've spoken with EON and they are looking into my direct debit and why it's gone from £59 to £80 when we don't even use the heating in a two bed flat.
4) Bought my gorgeous partner a valentines present (that was bought ages ago to be fair) and haven't put on any bolt ons (you know what I mean, main present and then a few things on top etc.)
5) Put three eBay auctions up.
6) Agreed to sell some stuff on Gumtree for £100Savings as of April 2023 Savings account - £26460.50(14474.88)Current account - £2140.24(4576.79)Total - £28600.74(19051.67) £1010 (£65pm CS/BS) £250 CS/BS/JS0
