Kapama credit-playing naughty?

Hi, first time poring so please bare with me! Long story short years ago had a few payday loans, credits cards etc and buried head in sand. Fast for ward to now and I'm paying all off at £5 a month (I'm a sahm, no benefits, hubby working but not earning a great deal). Had an email from Kapama a few weeks ago saying I'd defaulted as they hadn't received a payment since 21 august. I checked my bank and it showed that a payment had gone out on 18 September. I emailed them back with a screenshot of bank statement shoeing money goin out and asked them to advise on the situation. I heard nothing, I emailed again asking them to reply as I wanted to know what was going on and still nothing back. Why would they say I'd defaulted as they hadn't received money, when the money clearly went out to them. And why haven't they replied? Is it worth me calling them to find out what's going on?

Each monthly payment has gone out as I've got a standing order. I just don't understand why they wouldn't reply after I'd sent them a screenshot of my bank statement, they were happy enough to reply to previous emails about the money going out! I guess I shall have to call them tomorrow. To be honest I thought it may have been some kind of ploy to get me to pay full balance off, as that's what it said on the email.0
