Hi can I join please. I'm going for 21/30
I like to drink and don't see it as a bad thing but have got into the habit over the last couple of months of having a drink everyday. Not always a huge amount but I have begun to notice I feel tired a lot more and have put on weight. I'd like to take it back to social and may be once a week (I don't socialise much although I have a few dinners coming up so have gone with 21 for this month).0 -

Welcome Walcott. I know many on here will resonate with falling into the habit of daily drinking as a lifestyle but well done for taking action after only a few months. I'm another cutter down. I enjoy social drinking but try not to drink during the week unless I'm out socially. I don't have that many AF days but being on here has meant I've cut down massively. So even on 'drinking' days I don't have much IYSWIM.
