BTs that earn points/miles/cashback-are there any?

Simple enough question - trawling through a few websites most of the major players seem not to offer points but I thought I'd ask if anyone knew if there were any out there?
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

Very few of which I am aware. One that does is the The AOL Card which gives you points for BTs, that can be redeemed against the your AOL ISP costs.
1.3 Cardholders will earn one AOL Reward Point for every pound of card and cash transactions made on their card, including Balance Transfers.

2.2 Depending on the AOL pricing plan the Cardholder has, AOL Reward Points may be redeemed as follows: Cardholders can request payment of their monthly £15.99 AOL subscription fee by redeeming 2,500 Reward points. Cardholders can request payment of their monthly £10.99 AOL subscription fee by redeeming 1,666 Reward points. Cardholders can request payment of their monthly £5.49 AOL subscription fee by redeeming 825 Reward points. Cardholders can request payment of their £27.99 monthly AOL boadband subscription fee by redeeming 4,500 Reward points. Cardholders who are on AOL's annual pricing plan can request payment of an additional monthly AOL subscription fee by redeeming the appropriate number of Reward points for their price plan.
  • Hi,

Apparently, the Co-Operative Visa awards 1% travel points for BT's. According to another post:-

If cashback or redeemable points are given for balance transfers, what's to stop me transferring a balance in and out repeatedly, clocking up cashback or points every time I transfer in (or is it out)?

This must be why few cards offer it. Still, wouldn't take long to build up the cost of a Co-op holiday.
