    Even if they know the name & address of the keeper because details were illegally obtained they still cannot pursue the keeper under POFA 2012 as they must make a legal request to the DVLA in order to issue a valid Notice To Keeper.

    but they are not a member of a ATA , so POPLa does not apply , see the recent Aintree /trets fiascos , and the odd (but diminishing) ANPR ltd and the guy in brum, Premier Parking Logistics , who sells em to MIL


    plus god knows how many gullible people contact the guy admitting to parking with their full name / address etc

    Changegate Car Park has a lovely new sign pointing out to tourists what's walking distance from it, but it also seems to have changed name! I wonder why they thought to re-brand and start afresh?!

    Not sure, I didn't see the actual detail sign next to the pay machine. This is a new seperate sign nearby at the entrance. I can't post a photo as I'm a new forum member, but it's a large blue sign that says:

    Central Car Park
    North Street
    for
    Main Street

    Tourist Information
    Shops, cafes, restaurants
    St Michael & All Angels Church
    Parsonage Museum
