Change of income 12th Jan 18 at 11:52 PM
I am currently bankrupt and to be discharged in Feb 2018. I have been paying monthly to Clark and Wilmott but I am now going to be changing jobs with a change in salary and also moving cities.

My question is do I have to contact the official receiver and/or Clark Wilmott to let them know?
Also if for a a few weeks/months I am technically unemployed (waiting to start new job) will all payments I make be stopped? And will the clock still keep ticking on the 3 years?

Sorry for so many questions but really appreciate any advice.

Yes if you are unemployed and have no income all payments will stop and the clock does continue
