Help Please

Hi MSE Forum, please bear with me - this is my first post...

I am looking for the lowest 'money transfer' cards - I can't seem to find them on the MSE site??
I usually use MBNA as I have a large credit limit with them but they want 5% to transfer the funds to my current account - are there any better deals?
I know Virgin will do 95% at 4% but that's still higher than the 2 or 3% I've been used to paying...

Any advice out there?
