Poor Legoman! It must be terrible living north of Watford!
5.9 Os yesterday, though only 2 Os on Monday - but it rained! (overnight!)
Today is looking promising - nearly four Os before lunch
"and all the clouds that lour'd upon our house
In the deep bosom of the ocean buried."
More seriously,a bit more data analysis, relating to Maiden Days (i.e. those Hawaiis that went to 6 Os or beyond). If the Hawaii season is Feb-Oct, and there is roughly equal distribution before and after 30th June (see my last post), the distribution is much less equal for Maidens. In my case, since July 2011, the distribution is 102 in the first half of the year, but only 62 in the second half. (I realise that the figures are possibly slightly distorted because the figures run from August 2011 to March 2017, so four months of one year (this one!) are missing). The 'Maiden' scores (for quite a bit south of Watford) are March 13; April 28; May 37; June 24; July 35; August 16; September 11. I think that this is where I got my impression that the first half of the year is quite a bit sunnier than the second half. Our most productive day so far was in mid-May (just under the elusive 7 Os, which no doubt has a name).O G  Somewhere on the South Downs
