I drank less than usual over the weekend so have half a bottle in the fridge. I really don't feel like it but the :money: in me is telling me I should drink it. Now that's a novel dilemma!;)

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I loved reading that! Obviously, because it wouldn't keep, would it?!

Early call of 12/24 for me. Still feeling a bit poorly...

    *healing vibes* for you, Dizzy.

We went to Wevverspoons to meet another couple tonight and had a jolly time. When I swigged a drink someone had bought me, I thought it didn't taste normal and had a look at the label - one of them had bought me a B3ck$ instead of a B3ck$ B1u3. The thought did cross my mind that it was only a beer, that it wouldn't matter, that no-one would know, that it would be polite to shut up and be grateful to the person who bought the drink - and if I'd enjoyed that first swig I might have. Very fortunately, I didn't like it. But there was a moment there, just a moment, when I thought about it. Day 272 achieved.

    14/30
    please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

Good news that you didn't like the taste any more HB

I bought a card for a friend this week that said something like ' This morning I heard you can make ice cubes from leftover wine. I'm confused....what's leftover wine?'

    So now I know!!:rotfl:

Almost succumbed to a drink in the sun today, but I didn't. Planned drinks with friend for birthday tomorrow. Weather forecast looks great!:)
  • Gonna be an afd today so that'll be 5/21 please. Lost a bit more weight too, over the last couple of weeks with all that walking! x

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
