for tns sassie quick supermarche, do you have to check 1 department only for gaps or 3 like vas questionairre?

Only one, check the top of the questionnaire for details, there are some more thorough checks on some items you need to make though.

My payslips only ever show VAS jobs, the SASSIE Jobs are shown on the shop payment review link on SASSIE. I always get 2 separate payments but usually on the same day. What it shows on SASSIE as paid is always correct so I don't have any problems with TNS at all.

I have been paid for everything I have done, on both SASSIE and VAS from 07/03 to 10/04.

I think I am being a bit thick but can't work out where the shop payment review link is - can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Is anyone else surprised that the remaining TNS phone calls were going ahead with no real change in scenario? I've just had an ear bashing from the company I called - I'm never usually flustered and I was prepared for it but it still left me a bit shocked. Can't say I'd be inclined to return to the company if I really was needing a new contract if that's how they treat potential customers!

It isn't the best implementation of SASSIE I've seen.

Dear allocator, if you ring me and say you have a "Super urgent job" you need doing then expect me to ask for a "Super urgent" sized fee!

    What company and scenario?
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.
