    Sorry, not been on here for a few days, just been manic at wok and am feeling really tired.


    I made it to 15/13 for July and am now at 1/15 for August (had two drinks last night as I had another pants day at work)
    What goes around comes around.....I hope!

    Thanks for the encouragement maman. My baby steps do seem to have been going backwards lately though.

    But I think reporting on here (even if it's not an actual achievement) pulls me back into line as I did my first AF day of the month last night, 1/5 AF days please Shaggy.

    Not an AFD yesterday but a LAD instead, trying hard to cut down and so far its working.

    I still aim to have my 10 days this month so all is not lost.
