Hi all,

requested a copy of my CCA from Capital one and received a sheet of paper back with my name, address, account number and credit limit.

The header was printed as "CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT REGULATED BY THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974"

There was no other detail on the page and not sure where I stand,
I'm going to write back and request again.
