If you’re a Mobile by Sainsbury’s customer, you simply need to put your SIM into your phone, then make any outgoing call or text, which will activate your SIM.
You’ll then need to top up in order to make further calls and texts.
Notwithstanding, I've just ordered my 3 SIMs; might be handy for the free 2GB of data in a dongle (got a UK holiday coming up).

Unfortunately the Terms and Conditions state that they don't allow tethering within their data allowance. Otherwise this would have been useful to put into my Mifi unit for when on holiday.0

has anyone received their sim yet?Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
has anyone received their sim yet?
Note on website says they are experiencing exceptionally high demand which is slowing things down.....typical Sainsburys that...put out an offer and not expect a high demand for it...and I work for them..I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
According to HUKD, several people have already received their SIMs and have confirmed:
- No top-up required for the free bundle
- Works in a Mifi for the 2GB of free data
- To check balance/bundle dial: 40775
