NECTAR - had to chase bonus points due ?

Each and every Nectar account holder receives Bonus Point offers attached to their accounts for multiple swipes at JS, purchasing from Local stores, purchasing Virgin Train tickets, Life insurance, purchasing BP fuel and many more.

T&Cs usually state that these Bonus Points will be awarded within 28 days of the offer closure, yet how often do you find it's not the case and have to chase Nectar to get them allocated and sometimes have to use heavy persuasion to avoid being fobbed off.
For me it's a very regular occurrence and something I 'd like Martin Lewis to take a look at as I believe Nectar are avoiding allocating millions of points to their customers which equates to hundreds of thousands of £££s.

Did you realise you're points have not been awarded ? How often have you had to chase them up?
