NPOWER dodgy sales

I am quite cross with NPower - they knocked on my door and completely lied about their prices - they said and i kind of quote " We own all the power stations in the country and so can be alot cheaper than the rest as we dont need to make profet on top like brittish gas and powergen" this sounded a bit rubbish but i let her carry on "Our duel fuel prices are (Eccon 7) 5.5p day, 1.8p night and 1.2p gas. with no standing charge" she then tried to tell me that i was paying a standing charge with seeboard and that they add it on at the end of the year!.

so i hastly got my laptop and showed her what Npowers prices really were and told her that if i saw er knock on any of my neibours doors with such lies i would come and let them know that they were being ripped off.

She was very appologetic and told me they were the figures they were told to quote to get sales, even though they were wrong!

Its a damn cheek that they can blatently lie about their prices just to get people to sign up.
