I purchased a single trip travel policy from the above on 18/01/2006. I have had the payment confirmed but they are meant to send confirmation of cover ny email within 2 days. Getting concerned as trip is in just over 2 weeks.

Anyone dealt with them before?

Yes - I applied on 25th and received email details the next day
