Re: High targets - I suggested a reason in an earlier post, but it would be good to find out if that is why or it's something completely different.
Because whatever they base the high targets on I want to avoid doing that because I'm happy with, what I call, the normal targets.
I don't see how they can formulate targets when they have no previous data to go on (in the case of the new people). I think there are a couple of possibilities -
1. these are an error
2. they are trialling new targets to see what is and what is not achievable
3. they are trying to limit the number of new customers
Whatever it is I don't think we will get a definitive response but I do think that we are entitled to some explanationSwagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

Re high targets. Mine are not as high as yours, today it's 70. I do however struggle to meet the targets most days. Maybe that's why mine are lower???
emmita - how long have you been a member of Swagbucks? It only looks like those who signed up in the past couple of weeks have the high targetsSwagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

I suppose it depends how new are we talking about? They could base it on the previous day. If the newbie went a bit mad and did loads of offers on the first day this could explain the following day's high target.
But if it is a case that the first day they sign up they get a high target then yes there maybe a trial.0 -

I've had a reply from Swagbucks UK:-
Swagbucks UK "Yes that's right Paul i have been away but i will get back on to MSE asap. And re your question, i will endeavour to find out for you and report back with exact details."
I don't intend to let this matter rest until we get an answer - if these targets are an error then it needs addressing as a matter of urgency. If not then I think it's only fair that we in the UK know what's happening.
I'll update as and when I get more information
Oh well done Paul. Yes,keep us up to speed on their responses.0 -
